How to check on the status of your order with Lavazza

Know exactly where your orders are at any time for your office or hospitality business.

 

You can check on the status of any order from the portal dashboard.

  1. To view orders that are still in progress and yet to be confirmed, select 'Pending Check Out' on the portal dashboard.

 

2. To view orders that have been confirmed and are currently being processed by our team, select 'Being Processed' on the portal dashboard.

 

 

3. To view orders that have been dispatched by our team, select 'Dispatched' on the portal dashboard.

 

 

4. To view orders that have been cancelled, select 'Cancelled' on the portal dashboard.
